Delivery Timelines

• Nairobi & Nairobi Outskirts – Same-day delivery from order confirmation.
• Up-Country – 2 to 6 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery Charges (KES)

Charges are based on the cumulative weight of your order and your delivery location.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details where applicable.

Returns & Replacements

At Decorplanet, we stand by the quality of our products. However, if you encounter an issue, we are here to assist you.

We will replace your ordered items if:

• The item is dead on arrival (does not work due to a factory defect).
• The item has sustained damage before delivery (not caused by mishandling from the final recipient).

How to Request a Replacement

1. Contact our customer support team at 0745 073 750 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order details and a brief description of the issue. Photos or videos may be required for assessment.
3. We will arrange for a pickup of the faulty item for inspection.

Replacement & Refund Process

• If your claim is approved, we will replace the faulty item at no additional cost.
• If a replacement is unavailable within 7 business days, you will receive a full refund, including all delivery charges and taxes.
• The refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

Note: Returns or exchanges are not applicable for items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
